Toi Foundation - Toitū House
PROJECT OVERVIEWWe recently completed a full furniture fitout for Toi Foundation’s new purpose-built premises, supporting their move from a small office into a spacious, two-level building. One level serves as a collaborative work hub for staff, while the other is a welcoming community space. As furniture specialists, we were responsible for furnishing both areas—blending existing pieces with new, custom solutions to create a cohesive and functional environment that reflects the Foundation’s values. The fitout featured a range of high-quality, thoughtfully selected furniture: stylish and comfortable sofas for reception and lounge areas, fully ergonomic electric desks paired with mesh-back chairs for offices and open-plan workspaces, and versatile flip tables on castors for flexible use. We also supplied café-style furniture for staff tea rooms and community zones, large boardroom tables for formal meetings, and smaller tables for breakout rooms and private offices. Despite a fluid scope and no fixed budget, we delivered the project on time—completing the main installation over a long weekend—and continued to support the client post-move with additional solutions. Our local presence allowed us to remain flexible and responsive, adding real value throughout the process. Final Thoughts This project was more than just a fitout—it was about creating a space that reflects the values and vision of Toi Foundation. We’re proud to have played a part in shaping their new home and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on their team and the wider community. |
